As well as working directly with clients, I also do freelance work for agencies. In this project, Block and Gray, an agency I’ve worked for before, reached out to me to develop a large scale website for the Kentucky based children’s home charity. Their previous website had around 50 pages and a lot of copy. My job was to design an experience that paired down previous pages and create a layout that helped make the large amount of text more enjoyable to read.

Create and organise a layout that carefully guides their users through their large amount of information, making it easier to digest and more interactive. Update the website’s aesthetic to be more friendly and welcoming as well as introduce more imagery to the website. Enable the client to be able to edit and upload their own content easily so that they don’t have to constantly rely on designers.
